I love this salon! The atmosphere is comfortable and airy. Robin is amazing! She is a master with coloring and is so skilled with shaping super thick hair (like mine) Every time I leave, I feel amazing, relaxed and love my style and color. Prices are reasonable for the high quality services you receive. After living in Kamloops for 3 years, and having terrible experiences at high end salons, I am so happy and confident that I will always walk out with a smile, and looking forward to my next visit.
I love this place. Everytime I go in, the staff are welcoming and super friendly. They always do a fantastic job on my hair. Prices are reasonable for both the services and the products they carry. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
I phoned a week in advance to check to make sure my son - who had never gotten his hair cut before- would be okay to come in. The lady on the phone assured me it would be fine. I even explained that he would get upset but I would be there to help.1 week of preparation of talking to my son and getting him ready ( he has Autism, so it was important for him to know ever step) When we arrived at Melon, not even a 1 minute of getting him settled in the owner kicked us out! We were being disruptive to everyone in the salon and she told us we were dramatizing him.Go to Tommy Guns!!! My son loved it there and they welcomed him with open arms and understanding.
Love Melon Hair Lounge. We moved to Kamloops in 2016 and was on the search for a salon and stylist that could meet my needs. The owner Robin runs a professional salon which provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience which is what I expect. Quality service and great product lines. I highly recommend Melon Hair Lounge.
Beautifully furnished, great product lines and super friendly staff. We popped in spontaneously and they were able to acoaccommod with a same day appointment for my spouse who got a fantastic cut! We will definitely return.
