This is nothing more than a criminal gang. They lie, steal and assault people. If you like doing this, then a job here is waiting for you. If you are honest and care about others, then you would be very uncomfortable here.

Unfortunately this was the second time going in and experiencing but seeing a few others be treated very coldly. Not by officers but by the ladies working there, all except for one who was a bit more kind than the rest at the front desk if youre needing paperwork. I was talking to the woman at the front about criminal record checks and she would cut me off, give major attitude (when I didnt even retaliate back when it could be easy too), talk down to me as if I was supposed to know everything, just terrible. Luckily she went in the back but then another older woman came out and had the same abrupt, rude attitude towards two other young ladies trying to fill out paperwork and all.I get that you can come across all kinds of people, situations, and stress, but staff need to still take each case as something new and not bring a bad attitude into play. It made me upset that for people trying to work, live, and who knows what else here in a great city as Kamloops is - should not be treated in the way I was. Very disappointed and felt like I had done something wrong the entire time and it shouldnt be that way when youre simply asking for help... New, experienced, and positive people should be up front ready to help. Not ready to talk down to.
