I bought 2 resort locks and send them to Browns repair so they can come and install them on the cabins doors. We made an appointment with a certain Ray.I called him to remind him that there will be someone waiting for him between 10 am to 2pm as he suggested.He hanged up on me!Browns repair doesnt have anyone else to do that job.I wont recommend them!Before you hire them think twice.All the good reviews here are fake!
Had a very unpleasant experience today at Browns. While parking to get some keys done my kid runs next door to the Games shop. Ray comes up to my car (I havent even shut off the engine) and tells me, youre gonna get a ticket. So I say, Im sorry isnt this Browns parking (I can see signs everywhere saying it is) and he says yes but your kid went next door and I said yes I said he could while I was going to Browns. So he says, Well you better be. Rays behaviour was aggressive and rude (both before I went in the store and again after I came out as he didnt like me telling him he was rude and had no manners) and when I mentioned his rudeness to the ladies while inside one of the ladies identified herself as the owner and said that, people are always parking and leaving so this is the way it has to be, so I said I could see her point about the parking but that was no excuse for being rude to your customer. Taking my business elsewhere from now on and apparently Ray says hed like that just fine. I actually had to give them a star or it wont let me post.
So sweet and helpful. Was looking for a lock to put in a fence and had a idea to put two letters on it. The lady ended up engraving it for free for me, even though they usually don't but she was so excited with me and so sweet. Great customer service
Changed locks on my house and supplied 10 keys in less than an hour. Friendly service at a reasonable price.
