The food is always amazing. This is our go to Pizza place. The staff and owner are always incredibly helpful and friendly.
Took my order wrong. Made me the wrong pizza. Delivered it. Made me pay for it. I opened it... Called them back, the lady admitted she made a mistake. I asked what should I do. Bring it back? Get a refund or will she just credit me a pizza? She said no return policy. No free pizza. Then said "good bye" and hung up... Never going there again.
Kami Pizza had more flavor than the usual place I order from. As well presentation looked better with toppings cut into smaller portions and spread evenly across. Cheese tasted had more flavor richer than other places. Only downside imo is I regularly order a Philly Cheese steak pizza which they do not have.
Hubby ordered Pizza from here this evening and one was barbecue chicken with Jalapeos. Received a pizza with green pepper without barbecue sauce, called them back to complain and the girl said they messed up the order because theyre busy but their policy does not offer refunds or discounts and she hung up on him. Seriously? I dont even believe these people know which one is barbecue chicken pizza, customer service is also poor. I guess Im done with them.
Love/Hate...ishFood was good. Love the pizza crust! But it took over an hour to get our food and we were the only people in the restaurant...
