Just a quick note to to Vince and the rest of the folks at Team Cavaliere. Thank you for the low stress and a fun experience! House shopping can have it's highs and lows for sure, working with Vince he was really able to read into what my needs were and steer the shopping process in the right direction. We didn't waste time looking at houses that weren't the right fit, there was no rush or pressure as well to buy a place that was "just alright". When it came to placing a offer Vince really went to bat for me to get the best price, he was successful there as well! As far as the purchasing process goes, it was very easy, they handle everything. Just show up, read the documents and sign them. A buyers guideline was also given to me of things I needed to do and timelines of the buying process, all very helpful information.When it comes to buying a house I would 100% recommend River City Realty!Thanks Vince! Cam McKeen was my realtor I have to say he is the best. We had other realtors from different companys and didn't get very good service. Cam has a wonderful personality and listens to what you want. When you give a budget he sticks to it not trying to go over by thousands of dollars. He is very thorough and does everything to make it go smoothly. Our experience was the best got exactly what we wanted. I would recommend him to everyone. The best experience ever. Thank you so much Cam.
