Great location to run laps. Nice surface with eight lanes so plenty of room. 400 meters for one lap.
Many seats. No complaints. It is a stadium for spectating sports events.

Nice facility but poor planning and efforts to make this more of a community use facility.Poor parking, not able to use when events are on (no set schedule / cannot include this into a routine), not able to use for 1/3 of the year due to snow or ice. good for spectator use, just like any other stadium
