Great to grab some healthy vegan snacks and food and the staff was friendly.
I absolutely LOVE this store. As a vancouver girl, living in Kamloops - sometimes I can't find things that I love at the big box grocery stores. Nature's Fare has most of what I like! I'd like however, to rave about how wonderful the staff were last night when I showed up at a minute to close to grab an item, and they allowed me to pop in and grab the item I needed. I was so intensely impressed.

TERRIBLE service. My sister and I went here for one item, we had called 10 minutes before hand to make sure they had it and went up there as fast as we could. We were cutting it close to the closing time but when we pulled up, the open sign was still on and the doors were still open. when we got out of the car and ran up to the door A young girl met us at the door and refused to let us in, even though the open sign was still on. She tried to say that Natures Fair did not carry the item we were looking for but we had just called and spoke with a young man who confirmed that they did indeed have it. She spent more time telling us that we could not grab it quickly then it would have taken to buy the item. To top it off, as we were walking back to the vehicle we saw all 3 of the staff members standing in the window laughing about it. I would never turn down a customer if the open sign was still on and doors were still open. RUDE.
Amazingly helpful staff, great products and a nice atmosphere. Grab lunch, get groceries or pick up your vitamins/supplements. You can do it all here!
