Joanne is fantastic! Plain and simple, this lady researched and from experience helped us book return airfare from Vancouver to South America with an extra flight to Easter Island in April. We saved money and time by going through the Flight Centre and I would highly recommend Joanne to anyone looking for a solid agent that is very professional! Very happy with the whole experience! Cannot wait to go on the trip now :)
