Delivery is always on time. Last valentines flowers were magnificent. Did my wedding, just wanted to thank you for all the beautiful arrangements. Friendly staff.
Another beautiful arrangement was delivered for me the other day. I order all of my flowers from Awesome Blossom and have never been disappointed. If they do not have what I am looking for, they will replace it with something else and sometimes even more appealing. The ladies at the store are always cheerful and lovely to talk to. It makes my day to order flowers. Keep up the great work!!!
Awesome Blossom is my favourite flower shop in Kamloops. I have bought flowers from other stores before & they lose their petals within a day or two. Awesome Blossom has more vibrant & long lasting flowers than anywhere I've bought from. The customer service is amazing & they go out of their way to make you happy. Thanks for the good service. I will keep coming back!

Buyer Beware:Ordered a flower arrangement for valentine's day and received flowers that were drastically short of advertisements. What was supposed to be a vibrant array of 12 roses and 6 carnations turned into a underwhelming arrangement of 3 roses and 7 carnations (at a cost of $100+). When I called shortly after receipt to inquire about the discrepancy I was told that hydranges were added to compensate for the lack of other flowers; however no such hydranges were present. The reception was rude, unwilling to help, and hung up on me when I asked for a refund. The owner was nowhere to be found on what I presume is one of the busiest days of the year. Contact with Awesome Blossom the next day resulted in the excuse that 3 "premium roses" were used in place of the 12 roses as advertised. However, the overall aesthetic of the arrangement was drastically reduced. Awesome Blossom was unwilling to offer a refund and instead offered in-store credit. I am hard pressed to see how that properly compensates for the frustration in dealing with the non-existent customer service. In-store credit is worthless when no one in their right mind would want to endorse this business again after the ordeal.
