This is the only place in town that will notorize unregistered off road vehicles without a bill of sale. Other places you have to go to the courthouse to get a judge to stamp your paper. Capri was super helpful and I had a very good experience dealing with them. They were very informative when I spoke to them on the phone to ask them questions. When I came in person to do the transactions and register and purchase insurance for my dirt bike, they were very quick, efficient and didn't even complain that I walked in close to closing and had to make them stay late.

Terrible customer service when you ask for clarification about policy changes you may want to make to lower the costs without compromising asset value or safety.
