Must have hit on a bad day. Both older ladies working on one client. Neither looked up to acknowledge us. Stood for 10 mins without any eye contact info or be right with you . Wont go back and wont send Family and friends there. Both women looked miserable.
Great service. Always fast and workers are very helpful and always a joy to talk to.
Old lady who is always on chair. She really need to learn from other employees about customer service. She don't know how to talk to customer polietly always on bad mood. Remind her she is on public service sector where you have to give respect and stop behaving like we did some some crime .
Very unimpressed with the two staff members this morning! Was there just before opening only one person ahead of me. The staff were not ready for the opening. Finally the second clerk was ready and asked me to wait for the guy behind me to go up for service. There was no acknowledge of any of us waiting as they weren't ready. I will never use Sussex insurance again!!! I was there for the convience as my spouse was shopping... NOT RECOMMENDED!
