We were regulars, but choked on refried, crusted black chicken and unbelievably, horribly burned fries. The only server was understanding, but argued that management was aware, but nothing could be done. Three weeks earlier, we had a similar experience. Our requests to have the bill adjusted was ignored. Dont go there unless you want drinks only! We will NEVER return. SAD!
The server and the cook made a great team. Their service was fast even if they were by themselves only. We liked the fish taco but it did not come with the fries as presented in your post here.
Service was quick, efficient, and professional as well as very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. The restaurant was very clean from top to bottom.
Awful service. We wanted to order takeout but were told the stuff we wanted couldn't be taken out (which made no sense to me) so we decided to eat in. My appetizer was forgotten about, my "ceasar" was tomato juice & vodka, the waitress was unfriendly, unprofessional, and made us uncomfortable & which made us feel uneasy about the quality of the food.Would NEVER return.
Poor service and management, 3 piece fish and chips was very over cooked.. although halibut was delicious. Appetizer was forgotten. Confronted management/owner about concerns and issues, she was very stand off with me. Her staff could tell was new and under stress, while she sat on her computer in the corner. This was our first time ever going there, and will never go back, will go to Cap'N Sharkys next time!
