Pioneer are professional and curtious movers. We had to transition a 6 bedroom home in one day and Arthurs crew made our experience very smooth. Wed recommend Pipneer to anyone as they work hard and they are very careful!
I moved from Kamloops to Vancouver island recently and we looked into this company to help us move. I called them on the phone and left them my number to call me back and get a quote from, and I also e-mailed them about the same thing a week later when I didn't get a response. We waited another week to hear back from them, and there was no response. Still, 2 months later, and I didn't receive an e-mail or phone call. They CLAIM to move people long distances, but they never bothered to get back in touch with me, so we had to go with another moving company because we're not going to twiddle our thumbs waiting for a "professional" company to get back in touch with us.If you want to actually move, I wouldn't rely entirely on these guys. Give them a call and TRY to get a quote to compare with other moving companies, but don't hold your breath because they may never even try to get back in touch with you.
If there is such a thing as a great moving experience I experienced it with Pioneer Moving and Storage - (not once but twice). Thanks so much to Arthur and his crew for the great job. Highly recommended!!
Just like another reviewer noted, I called these guys seven or eight times over a period of about three weeks and left two voicemails. Not once did anyone pick up, nor get back to me. At the same exact time, every other moving company I called (and I must have called a dozen) either picked up immediately, or promptly returned my calls. If these guys cannot be bothered to answer a customer's call, how much effort will they put into the actual work? Incredibly unprofessional.
Excellent service. Moving is always a stressful time for me and Pioneer Moving truly relieved my anxieties and made my move a breeze. Incredibly kind and reliable staff. I definitely recommend Pioneer Moving!
