Incredibly poor service. The "sales" staff were rude and argumentative. Refused to assist. You lost my $300.00 sale today and will not return. I found the shoes for much less on line

Owned and operated (1948) by the Kennell kin. Present superstar sales staff include Rita (Cordonier) Kennell, Stephen Kennell and Steve's daughter Jessica, next gen. The historical significants of Kennell's Shoe Store is profound. Over the many many years of outstanding service, Kennell's Shoe store likely shoed you're great grand parents and most of the citizens of Kamloops BC. As I recall 4 generations have been serviced.
