When we are on our way to hotel, we lacked phone reception, and it seems like they called us because they made mistake when charging our credit card. After that they decided to just cancel 2 out of our 7 booked rooms and give it to someone else. After reaching, they were able to give replacement rooms. The rooms are not in good condition, with dirty bedsheets in some rooms, broken furniture (e.g. microwave, and box springs patched with woods sticking out that can hurt the feet if it is hit). The owner seems to be very rude, but the other worker in the reception was helpful. When asked to replace bedsheets, the owner blamed us for making it dirty, while the other worker helped make owner realize we just came, only then the worker changed their mind. Would probably not go back here. Not recommended.
Rooms are not bright and cheery. More dark and dingy and ver stale smelling. Toilet don't work well. Bathroom light didn't work well but was quickly fixed. Buddy at the front desk is very friendly. Reminds us of the Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. And the price is very good.They have an application to build multi family housing on the site so don't expect any improvements to be made to the facility.
If there's no other place in town then come here. Smelled like hookers and blow in my room and the floor was not vacuumed the place was falling apart I had no knob to turn the AC unit off so I couldn't sleep. I didn't like one thing about this place.
The only reason i gave it 2 stars instead of one is because it appears to be clean. Was told 70 dollars on the phone and when i went to pay it was 90 and change and someone rented my room 2 minutes before i got there and the only one left was an expensive one.. saw the guy before me get soaked for more than i payed as well with the same bait and switch... continental breakfast was some sad carboard muffins the size of a 2 dollar coin plain corn flakes and plain cherios and brown bread. It was technically breakfast but couldnt have possibly been any more walmart or dollar store than that.
The good - the room was reasonably clean. The bad - supposedly included a continental breakfast. Said breakfast consisted of a loaf of bread and a jug of milk. NO pastries on the empty tray, NO coffee in the empty carafe which was obviously left from the day before. NO fruit. STALE cereal in dispenser. Once the bread and milk were gone (within the first ten minutes) breakfast was over. Repeated attempts to speak to staff were met by a locked and unanswered door at the office.
