Bad experience. Was woken up by my Girlfriend at 3am because of a bed bug in the bed, after that she rang front desk and someone came into the room to look for the bed bug. He found it. Pinched it between his fingers and threw it into the hallway. My girlfriend asked for a new room to which he declined stating there where none. So she explained that she doesn't want to stay in the room that most likely has more bugs in the bed. So he gave us the room next door..The next day, we where yelled to and waved down to come into front desk where 3 people questioned us and stated no bug was found. So I just stood back and let my girlfriend help fill them in on the fact one was not only seen but touched, That they need to handle the issue properly and that we where not offered a room, lied to when we asked and eventually given one when pushing the issue.(not angry just disgusted). Ended up leaving the conversation while being laughed at and spoken to like idiots.Weve both done hospitality/ housekeeping jobs in the past and this was all kinds of wrong. Would recommend avoiding.

Extremely dirty. I at least got a different room because my 1st room was so dirty. Ask for top floor.. 3rd floor rooms are dirty . Spiders on beds, drug baggies in drawers and pink mold in bath tubs. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I have NEVER left a hotel before but we had to this time.Grungy hotel room and hallways, unleveled floors. Dirty walls. Bed linen was overused and stained. Lounge chair stained with what appeared as a specific bodily fluid. We did not feel comfotable being barefoot. There were burn marks in the carpet. The place felt unsafe. Although marked as a hotel, it had a motel feel with the stairs being outside and accessible to the public. Our rooms chainlock had clearly been forced open before. The bathroom surprisingly appeared clean and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpfull. Before we decided to leave she had the sheets changed and offered to change our room but we couldn't bear the thought of sleeping here.

Small but cute little room (including 2 large beds) and a nice breakfast prepared in the lounge every morning. Close to scenic area and stores are close for your convinience. Excellent service, would visit again.

I booked a room through Hotels.com for one night. I had my dog with me. The late check-in was fast, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and big. Breakfast has just enough to start a good day. Overall, I was really happy to have chosen Knight Inn for an overnight stay!
