We stay here every time we pass through Kamloops. The beds are new, clean and comfortable. The rooms are modern with plugs for phones and laptops etc available on the beds themselves. Bathrooms are clean. Swimming pool is very clean. Right next to Costco and several other big stores and gas stations. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the service and quality of this hotel. We stayed here twice, most recently for four days while I was recovering from back surgery. The staff are very friendly and they were able to accommodate all of our requests. We also enjoyed a wonderful, free breakfast each day. Highly recommended.
Stayed for a work overnight. They we're able to accommodate an early check-in. I had to get right back to work after check-in and asked if they had any fruit from breakfast, grabbed a banana and a coffee and got to it. It's the nice friendly moments that make a difference for me. The room was clean and the beds were very plush, on the softer side. The internet connectivity was fast, was able to watch some Netflix on WiFi no issues. Overall a great stay.
