The only reason I booked this hotel was because it had both a hot tub and a pool for our kids to burn some energy after a long road trip. The hot tub wasn't hot and the pool was freezing. The staff eventually dealt with it after they ignored my daughter and my spouse had to go say something as well, but it took hours to warm up so we never did get the chance to use either comfortably. The bedding was comfortable and clean. Don't eat at the whitespot... our kids wouldn't even eat their meals, two massive hairs in our daughters food and even the salad was bad.
Location was great for hockey tournaments and it's near restaurants and groceries. Rooms were big and clean and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel for your hockey needs.
Pretty substantial. Rooms were nice and clean. We really didn't need or expect anything else as we only needed to rest and sleep.
This hotel is top notch. The staff are all amazing, very helpful and polite. The best part about this hotel is I can bring my German shepherd named mandy everytime I stay here. The rooms are very clean and well kept, the out door dog area is really big and caged in. This is the only hotel my family and I stay at when in Kamloops. I highly recommend this hotel you wont be disappointed.
Rooms were nice, staff was nice. Would prob give a five but pool and hot tub were both not working. We looked for a hotel with that specifically when we booked. Not telling at booking just let us find out when we got there. 4 days not fixed. Kids weren't happy about it. Also don't order room service. We ordered one night for 7 of us. We got spies to burgers to quesadilla to poutine. Not one thing of the food was good.
