I wish i could give a 0 star review but unfortunately i cant. Purchased a sale item but was charged regular price. Upon realizing the next day i went back for the discount thinking no big deal. I dont know if it is incompetence or lack of training or some other reason ill never know but i was refused the discount. I provided a picture of the sale only to be questioned and told it may be online only. It does not say online only and even offered 2 hour pickup at this location. Would the price magically change if i decided to pick it up in store because apparently the store associate thought so? Even after showing the picture i was told there is not enough information on staples end to determine this item was on sale yesterday. No flyers, no access to data, nothing. When asking to speak to a manager i was told there is no manager. Their solution is that there is no solution so too bad. I will never shop here or at staples again. Ill be taking my already assembled chair and demanding a refund or leave it in store and issue a charge back with my credit card company. First time i have experienced such ridiculous, and amateurish customer service. I would never hire these people to work for me. Ill take my business elsewhere.
When time is not necessarily your friend - Staples self-print can rescue you! Staff were very helpful for my first experience printing at Staples & I definitely recommend their printing section.
I got the things I need through from the staff who so helpful and friendly. She did the extra mile just to help me and explained to me through the particular Items to buy.
