Was recommended to riverside when I moved to kamloops 2 years ago. I have had nothing but great experiences each time Ive had my dog seen up until today. I left there feeling as if my time and my dogs time was not valued or not as important. I have no issues when apts run late, I understand that aspect but when the dr. makes you feel like the issue at hand for your apt, he doesnt have time for because they have more important patients. And walking back to ask techs how long its going to be is a chore doesnt make a client feel valued or cared for. I will continue to take my dog here as the staff have always been welcoming but will make sure I request to see a different Dr.
Excellent service here. I was short on meds for my pup while on the road and these girls did everything they could to help. Even pre quarted all the pills for me. Thanks :)
Great experience with all my pets here. My pug had an emergency C-section and the staff where very knowledgeable. I even had a dog midwife after available 24 hrs. Reasonably priced, comparable to other vets.
This summer I had the most horrific experience in my life. My little Sheltie was attacked by a Great Pyrenees leaving him in critical condition. My friend rushed him and I into Kamloops and luckily this hospital was open. I could not have asked for better care. In my crazy hysterics the entire team took care of my little Gamble and were so kind to a crazy blonde girl balling. I can not thank them enough for what they did. That night a team of veterinarians performed magic and were able to stabilize my little guy so we could take him home the next day. Even writing this brings back all of the emotions of that traumatic event and I just want to thank all of you for saving my little guy. I also wanted to let you know that he is doing amazingly! And that friend of mine who brought me in that day ... her and I took him surfing for his first time inTofino and he rocked it! Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart. Needless to say if you are looking for amazing people to take care of your furry family member I highly recommend this animal hospital.
I would never take my little Kassie anywhere but here. They're knowledgeable and kind. They treat her so well. I just love having a safe place to take my baby girl.
