I wouldn't recommend this place. Especially if you are ever trying to get a third country health certificate for travel. It's not the vets job to know how to fill one out which I understand, so I did a months worth of research so there would be no mistakes. On saturday I came back to the vet to get him to sign my paper work. Any time I would tell him what I required from him he would argue with me and say I was wrong. I would then prove from the CFIA website/ emails from them as to what they required. They are very specific, I wasn't trying to be picky but I couldn't make any mistakes or they won't endorse the forms. I had to get my cat a rabies vaccination as that's required for international travel. It states right on the CFIA website the rabies certificate MUST have the animals microchip number on the form. The one he gave me was missing this. I told the vet I would require a new rabies certificate and he told me he absolutely could not "alter" the form. He told me the health certificate he was going to give me would be sufficient enough. I knew that wasn't the case because of how much research I had put into this. On Monday I had to travel to vernon to get my forms endorsed by the CFIA, they confirmed to me the rabies certificate needed to have my cats microchip number on it. I had to tell her I knew that, but the vet had refused to redo the form for me. She then phoned the vet to tell him they required a new form. I picked up a new form today and it now has the microchip number on it. I don't understand why this was even an issue in the first place. All he had to do was add a line on the rabies certificate to include the microchip number but was adamant he couldn't do it. It was a real headache dealing with a "professional" person, who would rather argue with me, than take the time to fill out paper work properly. Honestly just don't waste your time, go to someone who will actually take the time to listen especially when dealing with somethimg so important. I now have to waste more time and money going back to vernon to get this certificare endorsed again for something I KNEW would be an issue all because the vet claimed he was right. Don't waste your time or money here.

The staff was amazing they took my dog in at the last minute when he was hurt on Vacation

I will never bring my cat there again. I informed them she is high stress when I dropped her off for her appointment at 10 am, I didnt even get to meet the vet they just swooped her away. Then she sat in a cage for 4 hours, allowing plenty of time for her anti-anxiety pill to wear off, until they attempted to BEGIN her appointment at 2 pm. She was so stressed and scared by then she didn't respond to me at all. Then they made ME feel bad about her aggressive behaviour - I gave them fair warning. Do NOT recommend.

I am bringing my dog to this place since they are open. Dr Kataria is amazing. Staff is very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Always ready to help. I strongly recommend this place.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PETS!!! the guy here tried telling us our dog had rabies, he even called the next day to see if she was dead yet, NO, SHE DID NOT HAVE RABIES, our dog got properly diagnosed (by a vet who KNOWS what they are doing at a DIFFERENT CLINIC) with a neurological hereditary disease and is doing just fine. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT GOING HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE OPEN & IT'S SUNDAY- WAIT FOR MONDAY MORNING, Save your pet and your money for a REAL vet, not this joke.
