Our Boiler went out just before Xmas and at -20 it doesn't take long for the house to get cold. We live at Knouff Lake so we are out of the regular service area. Darren came out and looked at it and even though he wasn't familiar with the model agreed to help us when nobody else would. He kept me updated all along the process of locating the problem. He brought in the right people to help him. He managed to get it running temporarily while we waited for the parts and had it fixed in a timely manner.
