Exceptionally rude on the phone. They didn't know when they could book an appointment even and then hung up on me. Guess they dint want to make money... Called Kamloops Heating and Air Conditioning.They sent someone out immediately with a heater to keep us warm over the weekend, booked us in ASAP, and were very helpful on what we could check and try to do on our own over the weekend. Amazing service! Service Plus, you could learn a lot from them!
I cant believe I have to give them a star. If I could give them a 0 I would. Buyer beware please dont use and get ripped off like I did. Avoid service plus Kamloops at ALL costs. They damaged my house and refused to pay for it (they put their foot through my ceiling) and put a hole in my deck. They also left a gas leak which could have disastrous for me and the whole neighbourhood. Do not use!!!!
