Super impressed with the professional service by this company. I actually needed somebody in an emergency situation where I had to do a last-minute call and get somebody to come in right away. It can be kind of frustrating as a single lady of two kids because you're letting someone into your home and you don't know who to trust! I am also new to.Kamloops. They came in very professional and I really enjoyed their upfront pricing and they were booties in my home protecting my floors was a nice touch. I will a hundred percent be calling them again and definitely recommending them to my friends and family. Great job Mr Rooter!
Today I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing with a clogged toilet. Being a single mom money is always an issue. Kalen called me within minutes of calling their office and was at my door within the hour. The speedy and efficient service is beyond 5 stars in my books! And the cost was within my budget! Excellent,quick service. Our hot water tank burst and Mr.Rooter was here within 15 minutes of our call and a new tank installed before noon
Came home to find basement suite was completely flooded with sewage covering over a third of the suite. Contacted mr rooter plumbing, here within 45 mins. Got us up and running within 2 hrs and even contacted a restoration company called concord restorations who also did a fantastic job. Very happy with service we received not to mention it was late on a Sunday evening. I would highly recommend using Mr Rooter!
