I used them a few years ago and not only was the price very good, but it was fixed fast, they had the parts for my 20 year old furnace and had me going in a hour. I recommend this company.
We've used this company twice now. Once to service our furnace and again to replace a broken part on our furnace when it stopped working. They were quick to assist during this cold winter and were really great to work with! Fair pricing and reliable, would definitely recommend! :-)
I called and ask about a gas fireplace. The lady asked for the dimensions. I did not have them as I was at work. I asked Tara, I believe her name was, if they came out and did quotes. She said they did. She said I would have to first come pick out a fireplace. I mentioned that with my work schedule it was tough for me to make it during the hours they were open. I explained that I could have someone meet them at the house just about any time. As they are the experts I was hoping that they could have someone come by and look at the spot and put together a quote from what they saw as to what fireplaces would fit and what installation would cost. She said they don't come out until you pick a fireplace in case you don't go with them. Even if I did get a quote doesn't mean I have to go with them. She said they don't have a sales rep that does quotes. I advised that a competitor sent there installer out to look and advise what my options are. I wanted to see what options they had for me and pick the fireplace style that best fits my renovations. Nowadays with so many options for any services including Plumbing and Heating the major thing that sets them apart is SERVICE! I know I am only one individual in the city but will take my business elsewhere and Johnson Walsh will not be getting my recommendations. Knowing Jaime since before he started I find it hard to believe that he would let you post a comment like that. I know I wouldn't let my staff post a comment like that. I am fortunate to be in a position where I deal with customers, vendor, and the public all the time. I have learned the value of customer service, relationships and reputation. I hope in the future you do too!
Extremely understanding! They provided us with a quote for our commerical Rooftop unit that went down during the heat wave this summer. Within 7 days of receiving the quote, Johnson Walsh had the unit ordered, delivered, installed, and running! Amazing! Would recommend these guys to anyone in Kamloops!!
They installed a tub and surround in our basement bathroom, the quote was exact, they were professional and knew the job and got it done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
